We developed and provided the engine inspection system that diagnoses condition from operation sound of the engine to Komatsu Ltd. by joint R&D with Komatsu. In the engine inspection system developed by us, it makes the learning model that diagnoses condition based on engine operation sound obtained in advance, analyze engine sound obtained by the microphone, diagnoses condition of the engine by the learning model and outputs inspection result. It is possible to perform higher accuracy goods quality inspection by performing diagnosis by using AI not only human ear.
